If you want to return or exchange something, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to do so if:
A damaged, stained, faulty, or unfinished product is received.
The item(s) must be new and in its original packaging, complete with all labels and protective tags.
The size of the product delivered did not match the size that was ordered.
This only applies to goods shipped within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do all we can to assist you.
Note: Due to differences in screen displays and lighting during photoshoots, the precise color or texture of the final product may differ slightly. Refunds and exchanges for this reason will not be entertained.
Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are only applicable if the product received does not match the product you ordered.
We regret that the following products are excluded from our return and exchange policy:
Customized, altered, or personalized items
Products on sale or offered with any promotion
Items which have already been exchanged once
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order.

All customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to The Bag Story. Once your return/exchange is approved, send the item to:

Your item will be valued at the current selling price for the exchange.
If the replacement product is of greater value, you must pay the difference.
No store credit will be issued and no exchange is allowed for lesser-value items.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.
Note: Articles purchased on sale or during seasonal promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges are usually handled within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
During busy seasons, please allow up to 14 working days.
